Drew Peterson Arrested? Please, Release Him (At least for a little bit?)

Chicago, IL - 5/19/2009


Thursday, May 7th, 2009 marked a sad day for some of us, especially Chicago Father, Bill Stoneking who is the author of the autobiography, "The Diary of a Patient Man, A Father's Struggle" (order here) . That day, Drew Peterson, former Bolingbrook Illinois police sergeant was arrested and charged with first degree murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. His fourth wife Stacy remains missing.

After seven years of fighting for custody of his daughter and dealing with a psycho (read Mr. Stoneking's book, and you'll see that psycho is truly an understatement. Mr. Stoneking's ex is the reason Pfizer puts the suicidal side effect in Prozac to begin with) of an ex who has accused Mr. Stoneking of everything from planting drugs "inside the gas tank of her car" to being a threat to national security and everything else in between, April 30th, 2009 showed another catastrophic failure in Clay County Missouri Family Court. Mr. Stoneking's ex, found guilty of contempt for violating child custody orders and that was about it. She didn't even get a pat, let alone slap on the wrist.

With the repeated failures of the court, Mr. Stoneking's only hope to end seven years of dealing with a real life Annie Wilkes (click here) seemed to rest with knowing his ex was preying on other men, and using the internet to do it and there he could find her perfect match. Playing Match maker with the right guy that could only love her the way she truly needs to be love seemed to be a great idea AND totally possible. But even that ray of light dimmed and those hopes were quickly dashed. May 7th, Drew Peterson arrested.

When reached for comment on the Peterson arrest, Mr. Stoneking was quoted as saying "You know, this is a sad day, a very sad, sad day. I've been trying to set my ex up with Drew for months now and this has to happen? Really, if you look at Drew and my ex, you know they'd hit it off right away. They were made for each other. And really, you truly know that Drew would have loved her 'for the rest of her life'...and in his own special way."


Disclaimer: Know here that we at the Family Court Violence Blog don't condone violence or abuse (unlike the Clay County Family Court in Liberty Missouri that lets mothers molest children) but we find a place where humor can be used to deal with the horror for at least a short mental band-aid to alleviate stress. Our hearts go out to the both the families of Kathleen Savio and Stacy Peterson, but also, given the tragedy that Shirley Anne Lincoln has proven to be in CV102-003615 and CV102-003615-1 in Clay County Missouri, we can't hold back on using comedy to combat her ongoing abuse facilitated by the Court system.

Bill Stoneking is absolutely right; Drew is the perfect match for his psycho ex. I'm half way through the book and there should be an FBI investigation into the Missouri court system. Anyone that knows and condones Shirley Lincoln's behavior including the courts, are morons and should be held responsible for any wrong doing to the minor child.

Shirley Lincoln Caught Destroying Evidence...


...Of Her History of Domestic Violence & Mental Illness. My ex loves to cry abuser when there aren't any eyes to watch. She is a liar that wants you to believe her, 'America's Victim.' Well, she is America's Perp. Notice how she waits until I'm outside and no one is inside ot watch her. She re-enters my residence and with out any hesitation, marches right up to the camera, the eye that doesn't lie. Listen as she handles the camera, trying to take our eyes off of her. Here she tries to circumvent the video camera monitoring her so she can't lie and make false claims of domestic violence. First she thinks that she has the camera off, then she destroys papers I put on the Piano that show her pscyhopathic personality. There is another clip coming that shows her destroying an audio tape of her murder threat to me from May 18th 2002 in the morning. She is an abuser and a monster behind 4 walls that cannot be trusted. This is a video catching the abuser trying to set the playing field for her historic false allegations. The abuser caught in the act!

...Of Her Murder Threat to Me, Caught On Audio Tape the morning of May 18th, 2002.. She loves to make death threats, she thinks she is clever with making veiled death threats and when she is caught, lies her ass off denying it. Here you see her continuing to operated, thinking she took out the camera. Me, I'm still outside dealing with the KCPD who refuses to enforce Kidnapping and Interference with Custody Laws. See how she walks up to the cassette machine on the phone line, pops out the cassette, then disappears off camera, into the kitchen. She then returns, you see her place the tape back inside the player and she walks away, wrapping the tape around her hand. Earlier, the monster had asked to use the cordless phone. While using it (gee, fooled me, why didn't she use her cell phone?), she deleted the entry of her earlier call with the death threat. Alas, the phone in my basement office also had caller ID, so as sneaky and deceitful as she is, she didn't wax the proof, but nice try. Again, video footage of the abuser trying to cover her tracks of violence. A psychopath, caught in the act.

Shirley Lincoln Caught On Tape...


...Using my daughter as her tool of mental and emotional abuse in a call on June 7th, 2002. . She kidnapped Alexis 5/18/2002 and I didn't see Alexis again until December 6th, 2002 when Lincoln was found guilty of contempt. Audio that clearly satisfies the 'intent' part of the Parental Kidnapping Statue in Missouri. An abuser using a child to inflict pain, An abuser, using a child as a tool of power and control. Today, August 10th, 2008, my daughter Alexis is missing. The abuser is at large in Missouri and LAW ENFORCEMENT IS DOING NOTHING BECAUSE I AM A MAN.

Parental Alienation is child abuse...


...and here is an example with Shirley Lincoln's Little Minion Patty. This footage from June 2003 at a custody exchange with my daughter Alexis. Here Shirley Lincoln shows her inappropriate use of children to cause conflict and participation in Alienation activities. Watch as little (now 15) Patty walks in and does a perfectly rehearsed handoff of court papers to Lincoln. Patty then takes up position in front of the video camera to obstruct the view and checks the camera over her shoulder. Lincoln was trying to tamper with a contempt order and file a false violation of custody report. Sgt. Mike Wranich of the KCPD shows his attitude as well.

Alexis could have been killed...


...by Shirley Lincoln's Little Minion Patty on June 15th, 2008, while helping her mother violate child custody orders. Alexis was injured in a car accident on June 15th, 2008 when she was supposed to be here for her summer vacation in Chicago. Lincoln, facilitated by Eric Zahnd's refusal to prosecute criminal interference with custody was allowed to place Alexis in the back seat of an uninsured car, that Lincoln put her unlicensed daughter Patricia behind the wheel of. Patty caused an accident that injured Alexis and could have taken the life of my little girl. As you can see, Patty in the video above has been programmed by her mother as her helper, her minion. Patty has been taught by her mother to be a bully and an abuser. What is in this video here is 10 precious moments of me and my little girl, Alexis when she was 20 months old.

Lincoln wants everyone to believe she is a good parent which we can see and hear that she is not. She tries to lie and convince people through deception, fraud and manipulation that I am not a good father. I think we can tell by the nature of this blog, I'm very much a good father who has been trying to stop an abuser from harming me AND my daughter. What I have here in this 10 minute clip is the precious time I spent with my daughter that Lincoln can't steal. Lincoln is an abuser, a thief of time, a liar, a total psychopath. She thrives on inflicting pain and despair. I know her monster better than her, that is why I share this video with you, a small piece of my baby's life with her great dad (who is exceptionally modest).

Should judicial discipline be taken out of the hands of the judiciary?

Should judges be held accountable for allowing lawyers to file false, perjured and frivilous pleadings with no penalty?

Should applications for Child Support be denied without a divorce decree or separation order of support? (Married/Divorced Parents Only)

Should a parent who makes false allegations of child sexual abuse for the purposes of child custody get only Supervised Visitation?

Perjury in family court should be aggressively prosecuted?

Perjured applications for child support should be denied and aggressively prosecuted?

It should be mandated that child support arrears should be prohibited if a parent has interfered with custody & visitation during dissolution or custody proceedings?

I believe that child support arrearages given to a parent who has interfered with custody only encourages future denials of custody & visitation?

Do you believe that Judges and Prosecutors who refuse to enforce child custody are responsible for the escalation of domestic violence by non-custodial parents?

Do you believe that interference with custody is a willful action by the offending parent to cause significant mental & emotional distress on the victim child(ren)?

Do you believe that interference with custody is a willful action by the offending parent to inflict significant mental & emotional distress on the non-custodial parent?
